D line up at the neutral zone face off dot
Coaches with pucks outside of zone
Place pylons along goal line as shown

Coach plays puck into corner.
D skates backwards to the dot and then pivots and retrieves puck from corner. D then wheels behind the net and executes a tight turn around the pylon on the goalline. D carries puck back to the original side and cuts up the lane near the net. Pass to coach along boards and get return pass. Go in for a shot on net.
