D line up at the blueline at the center of the ice

Place pylons along goal line as shown

Coach plays puck into corner.
D skates backwards and then pivots and retrieves puck from behind the goal line. D then wheels behind the net and executes a tight turn around the pylon on the goalline. D carries puck back to the original side and cuts up the lane near the net. X2 simulates winger and gets to the hash marks, X1 simulates center and loops through zone mirroring D.

Once D cuts pass goal line D executes a pass to the winger and winger passes back to center. Execute a 3 on 0
