F to get in front once shot comes

Coach sends new puck in as many times as he wants

On the whistle offensive D back up to a puck on the blue line and intiate D to D regroup

F regroup 2 to strong side 1 to weak side

Enter Zone 3 v 2 (other defending F leaves the zone on the whistle) using proper attack triangle, F1 wide F2 net F3 high (mid lane drive)

Or F2 middle if he recieves puck, F1 and F3 Wide, dish to F1 or F3.
