- Coach dumps puck in
- D chases down puck, skates with puck and passes along boards
- F1 moves to boards at hash marks and receives pass along th boards
- Defenseman at the point steps down on F1
- F2 curls to the strong side
- F1 reads the Defenseman and either chips the puck along the boards or ties the defenseman up allowing F2 to skate into the puck, or makes a direct pass to the swinging F2
- F2 continues down the ice 1-0
- F1 receives a pass on the half board from Coach and heads to the net on a 1 on 1 with defenseman who gave the original pass

Notes: - Rotate pinching defenseman every couple runs
