Start of Drill 2 Fwds start on Centre Ice Line Dman starts near blue line. On whistle Inside Fwd skates around far cone, inside fwd skates around near cone and picks up the puck. Dman skates close to faceoff dot and pivots.

Fwd with puck goes 1 on 1, 2nd fwd backchecks.
Dman needs to read pressure step up on puck carrier at centre Ice or blue line depending on when backchecker gets body position.
