Players skate through obsticles (pucks or cones) stick handling through them.

On the whistle players leaves from both corners and get creative through the obsticles stickhandling. They try not to step on or distrub pucks as they skate through.

Once they get to the "gate" two cones, their goal is to toe drag through those cones and get a shot.

Stay in front for next player shooting for a rebound.
