- 3 Player drill
- F1 (Green) passes from the corner to the D1 (Purple)
- F1 (Green) skates in front of the net and stops to screen and deflect
- D1 receives the pass, makes a few strides backwards and releases a shot on goal
- F1 (Green) breaks out after the shot and receives a pass from F2 (Green) in the corner.
- F1 goes done on a 1 on 1 vs the shooting D1.

- Drill can be performed from both ends of the ice
