On whistle, Fs and Ds start to move toward net while(C) passes to F3 for slot shot. Ds prevent Fs from getting to net (clear rebound if possbile or stop Fs from getting puck).
On second whistle, coach passes to D1 for point shot. Fs screen and look for rebound. Defense keep Fs out, move puck wide if loose
ROTATE: One D move to point, D on point move in by net. Fs switch out. Move quick/use both ends.
