Position X in front of net to start drill
Drill starts on whistle, F1 & F3 start.
F1 passes to D1 and gets a return pass, then D1 skates to center of ice and take pass from other D Man in line. (work on one timers if drill allows you too.)
F1 continues on with puck and passes to foward in next line and receives a pass back. After receiving puck foward drives down ice and takes shot on net, after shot drive to net for rebound and stays in position for next D Man shot.
Forward or X that was in front of the net goes behind net picks up puck and passes to forward on half boards who goes up ice one on one with Dman that took shot.

Notes: You will have to switch sides half way through drill so D Man can work on their one timers.
