On whistle players from four corners skate to center and stick handle in around each other inside the center ice circle.
On whistle X1 and X2 leave circle and drive around cone form the emd of ice they came from and take shot on net.
Om next whistle X3 and X4 leave circle and drive around cone and take shot on goalie from their end.
As they leave the circle the next 4 skaters skate to center to continue drill.
