Coach will dump puck in, players will break out 5 on 0
Defensive team will be waiting on their side of blueline.
Offensive team breaks out, make a few passes, as they get to blueline they pivot and skate back towards their end. Foward with puck pass it to the D man on his side of ice, players regroup and attack into defensive zone if they can.
Defensive team attacks after offensive foward has turned and started skating back towards his zone.
Defensive team checks by angling and blocking lanes through the nuetral zone.
