DRILL 1
x1 leaves the corner without a puck, makes a tight turn around cone, takes a pass on his/her forehand from x3 and shoots. x1 then continues around the next cone, makes a tight turn around the third cone and takes a pass on his/her backhand from x2, shoots backhand. Can alternate between receiving forehand shooting backhand, receiving backhand shooting forehand. x1 takes x2's place, x2 heads back into line.

DRILL 2
x4 and x5 leave passing puck back and forth. x4 ends up with puck, makes tight turn TOWARDS THE BOARDS. x5 transitions towards the boards, plays d 1v1. x4 works on cut/drive/delay. Players switch lines.

DRILL 3 - WARRIOR SKATING
x6 leaves left side of circle skating backwards and crossing over around circle with puck, transitions at bottom of circle. x6 gives coach at center ice a give and go pass, then transitions to skating backwards with puck at right side of circle, then forwards at bottom of circle (another give and go pass in there).

When x6 gets back to left side of circle, he/she transitions backwards, then does an escape turn near the bottom of the neutral zone. x6 takes off with speed, shoots puck on mini net, then heads back to front of the line.
