ONE ON ONE DRILL - DEF starts with puck as same time as FWD. As DEF starts to round top of circle passes to FWD cooming up the boards. FWD continuse out of DZ into NZ and around pylons. DEF must stransition skate around circle till reaches top of circle and prepares for a 1 on 1 with FWD.

MAN OUT FRONT w/BACKCHECKER. - Coach dumps puck into corner, 2 FWD (f1 F2) and DEF players all go after puck first FWD in corner (F1) goes to puck and tries to pass to other FWD out front. DEF player is back checing puting pressure on F1. (this is a FWD drill and we want to teach F2 player to go to the net.)
