start in corner skate to blue line do crossovers proceed to next line then do crossovers on far circle stop at hashmark . when player in front is at red line proceed to stickhandle up middle keeping head up and avoiding the players doing crossovers. then go in and take shot on goalie. proceed to opposite lineup
