Daily Skate and Stretch
Description
1st Minute: Simple stretches. Go around the nets. Lead coach will have players do 1) Bubble Push 2) Crossovers 3) Jump Over Lines 4) 360 degree turns
2nd Minute: Hard between Bluelines
3rd Minute: Backwards pivot at Blueline. Pivot forward again at next Blueline and go hard to the boards.
