F1 starts drill with a pass to D1. F1 then continues across the blue line opening up for a return pass.

F2 Joins F1 and is another option for D1.

D1 pass to F1 of F2.

F1 or F2 then pass to D2 for a regroup

D2 can choose to pass to F1 or F2. Who ever gets the regroup pass goes the other way for a shot.
The player who does not get the pass stops and turns back to put pressure on D2 as the drill starts again in the other direction.
