4 groups at the blue lines by the boards.
1st whistle players at front of line skate around cirlcle.
2nd whistle, 1st girls pick up puck and shoot at goalies.
Players need to have heads up while skating to ensure they have space and time between 1st shooter
2nd whistsle, next 4 girls start skating around the circle.
Repeat.
While players are waiting turn, have them practice stickhandling with heads up.
Make sure players are picking up feet on cross overs to gain speed.
