A set of six skills to be used in a 30 minute time frame.

End to End as fast as you can
Knees at blue line (butterfly for goalies)
Backwards between blue lines
Supergirl with roll
Stop at all lines facing same direction (Move on whistle)
Fast (Short intervals try and catch girl in front)

Repeat with pucks.

Notes: Try and get through each skill 4 times. 2 times each direction.
