Weave: Emphasis on keeping head up and staying close to the pylons as possible; Continuous movement; Pylons on all 4 offside dots; Pylon on Centre faceoff dot (need to keep head up to avoid collision; Pylons on red line inline with offside dots (full circle around)

Weave,shoot and score: Emphasis on puck control and scoring; Start in corner, stick handle though pylons; Shoot from angle (will have goalie not head on); Rebounds allowed (goal, smothered puck or shot wide, next skater goes); Repeat in opposite direction
