Station 1

O1 and X1 leave simultaneously (forward skating throughout). Figure 8's back and forth through borders. Insert pucks after a few rounds.

Station 2

Forward to Backwards Figure 8's around tires. Insert pucks after a few rounds

Station 3

O3 skates up to pylon, turns and receives pass from Coach. He then skates up and sends return pass back to Coach, pivots at end of border and skates backwards around border.
O3 pivots at top of border, receives another pass from Coach. O3 then skates forward w/ puck back to end of line.

Switch sides after 5 minutes.
