X1 and O1 leave goal line (O1 starts off with puck). Passing back and forth up ice, and as they approach center D1 has skated to center ice and pivots to fall into 2 on 1 to the goal.

Once the shot is taken, next two players (X3 and O3) take off and head to the other end passing back and forth on a wider track, and again defence focuses on timing to come from the boards to pick up the play around center ice.
