Set up positions as shown. Centre shoots on Goalie who plays it to one side for D to swing in and pass to F on boards.
Standard breakout to neutral ice. Try and make one or two passes before passing to far D. D to D pass and pass back to a F transitioning back for a 3 on 2.

Notes: For a more advanced option add a second NZ transition and go down 3 on 2 at the opposite end of the ice.
