F1 skates around top of circle with puck and shoots. Follows up for rebound and screens goalie.

F2 passes puck to D1 who walks the line and shoots low and hard. F1 screens and goes for rebounds.

F5 Starts sequence again from other side. D rotates out to other side as do the forwards.

Notes: Forwards to work on quick explosive starts from the corners.
Defense to work on puck movement to improve angle.
