1. Coach will dump puck in one zone. O1 and o2 will play defense, X1 and X2 will play offense.

2. X1 and X 2 will try to score, keep puck in zone. coach will dump in another puck if Xs score.

3. O1 and O2 try to get puck out to their team on blue line (O3 and O4). If they do, O3 and O4 rush in on other goalie and try to score, keep puck in.

4. X1 and X2 have to backcheck and play Defense. X3 and X4 will wait on blue line to repeat the drill the other way.

5. Keep score.
