Breakout challenge:
2 teams at center ice. On whistle, player from each team makes for a breakaway and shot on goal. Team with most goals wins. Can be taken up a notch doing 2 on 0 (players pass to each other) taking a shot on goal.

Notes: For fun, have coaches dress in goalie gear and have kids shoot on them.

End off ice time with a scrimmage between both teams using coaches as goalies :)
