Complete line from in Neutral zone . On whistle coach dumps puck into zone , and using team system players retrieve puck and break out of zone and attack 5-2 on 2 defenders who have stepped out. Play continues until score/ defenders clear or on whistle. Another puck is dumped back into same zone and all 5 Offensive players hustle back , form up and break out again.

Repeat 3 time for each line. Break out 5 -0 , 5-2 , 5-3.
