Player 1 makes a pass to Player 2, and immediately crashes the front of the net. Player 2 takes a few strides and shoots, low, on net. Player 1 should be looking for a deflection/screen. Run from both sides alternating.

Notes: Progression would include adding a D in front of the net to tie up Player 1. Continue by adding additional layers.
