Circle knock-out

Description

4 - 6 players per circle.

Skaters skate around inside circle trying to keep puck on stick while others in circle try and poke check it away.

If player loses puck they must skate to exercise area and carry out 1 rep of exercise as set by coach.

Next time 2 reps then 3 reps and so on…

Player then races to collect new puck and rejoin drill.


Notes: This is a conditioning drill so players must keep mobile at all times.
