-Players split into 2 lines on opposite sides of the blue line.
-X1 makes a pass to the coach then skates under the first cone and receives a pass from the coach.
-X1 then cuts over the second cone and down to make a pass to the coach.
-Coach will complete a one touch pass back to X1 who then cuts through the cones and over and down the first cone.
-X1 then skates down the inside of the zone circle and out around then into the slot and shoot on net.

The opposite line will start once the first player has received the one touch pass from the coach.
