3 Step Drill
Description
Phaze 1 - Each skater skates around ice executing 3 cross over steps to the left then to the right, repete all around rink.
Phaze 2 - repete drill but backwards.
Phaze 3 - Pair up and repete drill with one skating backwards and one forwards - working on gap control.
Notes: Quick feet, stopps and change of direction.
Gap control.
Protect mid lane.
