If wingers are playing their stick side wing have them swap in the offensive zone. For a faceoff to the left of the goalie in the offensive zone place the LW along the boards and the RW at the hash marks on the goal side.

Center attempts to win puck back to board side winger who is moving through the face off circle behind the center. If draw is successfully won board side winger takes a shot on net.

Goal side winger (RW in diagram), blocks opposing winger from going through the circle and then crashes the net for a rebound. Center blocks opposing center.
