1) Net Deking
Players carry a puck following the path shown. When player passes a mini-net, he/she must stickhandle into the net & pull it right out while moving, repeat 2x more. Tight turn tire & score.

2) FWD->BWD->FWD Skating
Players skate fwd, transition bwd around cones, transition fwd, receive puck & score. Start group on opposite side after 3-4 minutes.

3) Stick Edge Work

Players spread out and place sticks on the ice. They work on their own skating around, in figure eights or hops over their sticks. Video clip shows figure eights with pivots. Coaches can use the drills shown or build on the examples to create their own.

4) Footwork Obstacle Course
a) step over sticks b) inside-edge-weave around tires c) 2-foot weave around sticks d) around tires & stop e) repeat & score

5) Puck Race
Follow the pattern & race for loose puck.
