Group of Fs and Ds each side far blue line. 2nd group of Ds opposite end along with goalie. F (green or blue) shoots the puck around the boards. He, along with opposite F and D take off. D recovers the puck behind the net while moving. Fs criss cross in slot and head the other way. D passes the puck to either F and starts chasing them as a backchecker. D opposite end skates into neutral zone and pivots to close gap on 2 on 1. As soon as 1st group clears middle of the ice, 2nd group can go. If a group misses a pass, entire group does 10 pushups on the boards in neutral zone out of traffic
