Continuous

Flow drill starts with Ghost at each end. Start on whistle.
- shooter picks up puck and bank passes to soft open ice in other corner. Skates to line 1
- second player times a low J hook in corner so they can skate onto pass----then passes up ice to open area. goes to line 2
- Player from Line two skates for open puck goes in and shoots. Drill continues
