three forwards and one D enter the zone. The D goes behind the net and feeds one of the wings posted on the half boards. The center swings and gets a pass for the winger and goes down and shoots. The D then retrieves another puck behind the net and feeds the other winger. The opposite winger swings and gets a pass and goes down and shoots. Then the last winger receives a pass from the defense and goes down and shoots. Then the Defense gets a pass from the goalie and goes down and shoots. Then the next set of 4 go.
