On whistle O players skate with a puck at any speed and attempt to get through neutral zone.

X players have no pucks and try to check the puck from the O's between the bluelines using stick lift stick press poke check and body checks. Puck must be cleared out of the neutral zone by the X player to count.

If O's puck is shot out they become an X
