Description

- X1 and X2 leave at the same time. Forwards, backwards, forwards around the center circle. QUICK feet, push the limits.
- X5 passes to X1, and X6 passed to X2. You can make this an onside pass by moving the lines up, or they are already in the zone. Your choice.
- Ideal to have players make the shot as soon as they can...before the tops of the circle at best. No deking as the goalies are warming-up also.

Notes: - Really push the quick shot. Snap shots.
- Call for the pass when your ready!
