1) Players go 3 on 3 OR 4 on 4.

2) When there is a turnover, the team must pass to the coach behind the net they are attacking before receiving it back and making an attempt on goal.

3) 45 second shifts.

Notes: Encourage players to communicate out on the ice and make passes then move.
