Transition Warmup
Description
Backward skate to first pylon, forward to second pylon. Backward skate at second pylon, continue around bottom of circle. Transition to forward around circle into corner and repeat.
Notes: Run drill from both ends. Goaile should be involved as well. Stress powerful strides and smooth skating.
