Forwards line up as show. Bottom forwards take turn alternating shots 5 shots each (quick shots, not one timers) Wrist only

Defence: On while skate up to line one forwards pivot backwards and continue up to line 2 (big circles). Same action on Line 2, come up to blueline, drag puck and shoot.

Diagram 2:

Forwards Battle drill in corner, coach shoot puck into corner, players battle for it, until coach blows whistle.

Defence mirror drill. One D skates circle backwards to forwards as show, 2nd D uses big T pushes to move across laterally.
