Lactic Stops and Starts - COPY

Description

1. Line players up in in 4 or 5 groups on the goal line.
2. On the whistle, the first group of players skate forward.
3. On each whistle from the coach, the players stop and change direction.
4. Players should always stop facing the same direction. (Benches, bleachers, coaches choice.)
5. Finish the drill on the opposite goal line.
