Set up as shown

This drill is controlled by the coach no shown with his whistle, on the coaches whistle the coach with the puck passes to one of the 4 forwards in the corners of the zone. At the same time the D man must read the play and attack the player the coach passed the puck to.

The forwards must fight to get to the front of the net for an in close shot, the D man must play him very aggressively trying to knock the player off the puck.

If the D man does knock the player of the puck that portion of the drill is over and the coach blows his whistle, the coach with the pucks then passes to another of the forwards and the D man continues the same drill.

If a shot is taken that too ends that portion and again the coach blow whistle and other coach again passes to another forward.

Drill continues until all 4 forwards have had a chance to score.

Oh did i mention the D have no sticks
