Set up players and tires as shown.

On the coaches go #1 skates with a puck between the 2 tires and takes a shot from between the face off dot and edge of circle. The goalie starts on far side of net and moves across the crease before shot is taken then returns to far post.

After taking his shot #1 hockey stops and skates backwards around tires and pivots to skate forward to bottom tire again pivots to skate backwards up the ice to return in line.

Once #1 has pivoted and is skating backwards around lower tire #2 takes off and repeats what #1 has done, goalie also takes off at the same time

Notes: This drill can be done from both sides, also having the players starting behind the goal line
