Drill starts at center ice with couch dumping the puck into the zone. Defense go back to pick up the puck while forwards start the breakout process. After breaking out of the zone, LW will pass to D who will give a pass to the other defense who then passes to the other wing or center. At this point they will go in 5 on 2 against the breakout defensemen
