X1 and O1 are on opposite teams, both leave at the same time, weave through the first two cones, dive under the stick set up on cones, recovers and weaves in and out of the last three cones before coming back up the middle and shooting on the goalie. Once X1 or O1 have shot, the next person in line can then start. Continues til everyone on each team has gone. First one to finish is the winner.
