Coach starts the drill by passing to one of the FWDS who will attack 3 on 2.
FWDS are to work on a basic OZ Entry Attack go wide and set up attack triangle. Puck F1 must understand his options when crossing the BL F2 drives the net while F3 crosses to the slot area.

FEF works on strength between dots and Gap control. Stick on stick out front.

PROGRESSION:
Add a Back Checker to the drill, when coach passes to FWD BC skates to middle circle and stops and then BC to help DEF

Notes: F1 can shoot or pass. If shooting shoot low on the pads of goalie.
F2 drives the net for rebound if shot from F1 or tip in.
F3 Try to get high slot area for pass from F1
