5 puck pushes
Description
Goalie starts at corner of their crease and t-push diagonally forward to the other side do a butterfly recover with your power leg and repeat going the other way....continue for 5 t-pushes on the last skate backwards fast and stop a low shot. continue for 3 reps.
Notes: younger kids just do t-pushes without the butterfly
