Station 1 - wrap and slam. Skate hard wrap net and slam near post. stagger from both sides. after player finishes they go to other side.

Station 2 - Stickhnadling skate hard to first cone and turn and go hard to next cone skate in circle around cone hard back to line.

Station 3 - Wrap and pass 2 players leave at same time the player with puck wraps net with intention to pass to player on weakside are who arrives just in time to receive pass.
