This drill works on many skills at the same time.

1) goalies tracking and moving with puck

2) forward in front of net works on moving with the puck carrier so he can take a quick shot or deflect a shot from the point

3) passing and taking 1 time shots or quality shots from the point.

On coaches whistle drill starts as diagramed and all players in the drill do the jobs they are responsible for as described above. It is important the player in front of the net and the goalie move with the puck carrier behind the net as at any moment he could decide to make a quick pass to the player in front of the net rather then to the point

Do this drill in 5 shot repetitions then rotate players, players must switch side so the become used to doing their jobs from both sides of the rink.
