Description

Station #1 -Power skating.Cross Ice
-alternating knee's. Touch left knee to ice the right knee.
-T-push and glide on one skate. Then Push and glide on the other.
-Stationary fall to knee's and stomach, on elbows. Stick in front of face. (padding on the hockey gloves face outwards), pull in, up on knee's and stand. Try while moving cross ice.

Station #2 - Obstacle course. Step over sticks, around cones and dive under stick.

Station #3 - Freeze Tag. When the players get tagged they have to stand on one foot till another player lets them free. Coach is it.

Station #4 - Russian shuffle. Quick feet around circles. Stop at blue line. Backwards skate along blue line. Players stay on blue line and do the drill the opposite way when everybody is done. Advanced - introduce pucks on second run.
